Every month we publish an up to date list of current members. All are unattached (ie. single, separated,widowed, divorced) and want to form new relationships.You select the people you'd like to get to know from the monthly list of dating profiles that we send to you, either by post or email.

When you join you fill out a simple questionnaire which we use to write a description of you. This is then added to the list for the next twelve months and sent to all new members (of the opposite sex!).

IMPORTANT: Your dating profile will be completely anonymous, with only your first name and a box number (which we allocate to you when you join). Your full name, address and telephone number are never disclosed to other members, until you decide to do so. Photographs are not included on the list which keeps it even more confidential. However, most members are quite happy to send a photo once they are in contact with another member.

Initial contact is by letter, although we can also add members mobile phone numbers and email addresses to their descriptions if they so wish. This will help those who don't really enjoy writing letters and will speed up the process considerably. However, the letter writing option is still there for those who prefer NOT to give out phone numbers or email addresses. It's up to you!

These updates are entirely optional but we find the members who keep up to date with new joiners have the highest success rates.
